6月16日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局发布批复称，同意浙江稠州商业银行发行不超过40亿元人民币的二级资本债券。根据批复，浙江稠州商业银行发行和管理资本工具，应严格遵守《商业银行资本管理办法》等有关规定。浙江稠州商业银行可在批准额度内，自主决定发行时间、批次和规模，并于批准后的24个月内完成发行。
