6月13日金融一线消息，交通银行今日发布公告，披露定增事项进展。

　　公告显示，根据毕马威华振会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）于2025年6月13日出具的《资金验证报告》，截至2025年6月13日止，联席保荐人（联席主承销商）和联席主承销商指定的认购资金专用账户已收到本次发行的认购对象缴付的认购资金人民币1200亿元。

　　交通银行表示，将依据相关规定尽快办理本次发行新增股份的登记托管事宜。
