智通财经APP讯，中信股份(00267)发布公告，公司附属公司中信泰富特钢集团股份有限公司(中信特钢)董事会于近日收到该公司董事李国忠先生提交的书面辞职申请，李国忠先生原定任期至2026年5月7日，因工作变动原因，申请辞去中信特钢董事及其在战略、风险及ESG委员会中担任的职务，李国忠先生除在中信特钢控股子公司江阴兴富特种装备有限公司担任董事长、法定代表人外，不再担任中信特钢任何职务。
