TradingKey - 美东时间周三，OpenAI首席执行官Sam Altman在公司首期播客节目中公开重磅消息：GPT-5预计将于今年夏天面世，这可能是迄今为止最重要的AI版本。
他表示，这一模型将整合OpenAI的旗舰功能，即GPT-4o的自然语言多功能性和o3在代码和科学推理方面的优势，形成一个更强大的系统。
对GPT-5的研发，背后是OpenAI对未来的设想：模型不仅能响应提示，还能像数字代理那样运作，能推理、规划并跨情境互动。如果遵循这样的发展轨迹，OpenAI可能会更直接地与谷歌等搜索巨头展开竞争。
Sam Altman还在节目中提及对公司盈利模式的新思路。目前，OpenAI的收入主要来自购买增强版ChatGPT的企业客户，GPT-5的推出有望让OpenAI维持这一势头。
他承认商业模式仍然需要改进。Sam Altman“并不完全反对”在ChatGPT上投放广告的可能性，这可能会重塑聊天机器人的盈利方式。
尽管如此，他表示需要“非常小心”，AI工具和社交媒体、网络搜索都不同，如果根据广告付费用户来修改模型的产出，对用户来说会“破坏信任”。
