低钠DASH饮食可降低糖尿病患者的血压

发表在《JAMA内科学》上的一项研究发现,低钠的DASH4D(阻止高血压的饮食方法用于糖尿病)饮食显著降低了2型糖尿病成年人的血压。试验涉及102名参与者,他们被随机分配到四种为期五周的饮食:低钠或高钠的DASH4D饮食,以及低钠或高钠的典型美国饮食。与高钠对照饮食相比,低钠DASH4D饮食使收缩压降低了4.6毫米汞柱,舒张压降低了2.3毫米汞柱。大部分血压降低发生在前三周,且钠减少的效果比DASH4D饮食更为显著。不良事件很少,即使对于服用多种降压药的人来说,饮食改变也带来了额外的好处。
