6月20日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国建设银行股份有限公司上海金山石化支行因流动资金贷款管理严重违反审慎经营规则，被罚款40万元；郭刘春（时任中国建设银行股份有限公司上海金山石化支行副行长）、吴旭（时任中国建设银行股份有限公司上海第一支行客户经理）二人对上述行为负有责任，受到警告。

　　中国建设银行股份有限公司上海第一支行因流动资金贷款管理严重违反审慎经营规则，被罚款40万元；赵文侃（时任中国建设银行股份有限公司上海嘉定支行客户经理）对上述行为负有责任，受到警告。
