6月19日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对彭水县城市建设投资有限责任公司及“21彭水专项债/21彭水债”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持彭水县城市建设投资有限责任公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“21彭水专项债/21彭水债”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，公司是重庆市彭水苗族土家族自治县重要的基础设施建设主体，主要从事彭水县的基础设施建设及保障房建设、土地开发整理、建设用地复垦及工程施工等业务。
东方金诚认为，重庆市及其下辖的彭水县经济实力很强；公司业务区域专营性较强，得到股东及相关各方的有力支持；湖北担保集团为“21彭水专项债/21彭水债”提供的连带责任保证担保具有很强的增信作用。同时，东方金诚关注到，公司面临较大的资本支出压力，资产流动性较弱，短期偿债压力较大，资金来源对筹资活动依赖较大。综合考虑，公司的主体信用风险很低，偿债能力很强，“21彭水专项债/21彭水债”到期不能偿还的风险极低。
