Mooreast's (SGX:1V3) subsidiary, Mooreast Asia, agreed to extend the long stop date under an option to purchase a property located at Mukim 7, at 60 Shipyard Crescent, Singapore from Seatrium New Energy to Dec. 31.
The extension will allow additional time to obtain approvals from relevant authorities, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up nearly 6% in the late Friday trading.
