花旗银行业务主管维斯瓦斯-拉加万（Viswas "Vis" Raghavan）也是摩根大通的校友，他签署的备忘录显示，拉杰科维奇拥有三十多年的咨询经验，最近的职务是摩根大通并购业务全球主席。
备忘录补充说，拉杰科维奇将于9月加入，与凯文-考克斯（Kevin Cox）一起领导并购业务。拉杰科维奇将在纽约和旧金山两地工作。
