6月18日消息，刘强东在一场分享会中表示：“去年京东净收入11588亿，但净利润只有400多亿。”因为去年京东仅工资就发了1161亿，给兄弟们交的五险一金是180亿。

刘强东强调：“2007年至今，京东的五险一金交了上千亿，这些都可以合法地成为我刘强东的财富，可以成为京东的净利润。”他解释称，这不是废话，因为外包员工是合法的，但京东从来没做。

“有人可能说我装，但没关系，如果哪个企业能用1000多亿的真金白银发给员工，大家都这样装也挺好。”他如是道。

另外，刘强东还强调，“我们真正做到了没有把利润当作第一大追求，京东任何时候都敢说。”

刘强东也表示：“我不想压榨员工，但是我们行业正常的拼搏精神要有，那我一点办法没有，但是我会给兄弟们涨薪。”他透露，一年半的时间，京东涨薪七次，再差的人也都涨50%，P5以上的员工基本上就是翻倍。
