智通财经APP讯，滨海泰达物流(08348)发布公告，于2025年6月20日(交易时段后)，其已决议建议公司将与博正资本、泰达私募及泰达国际就设立基金订立基金合伙协议，初始建议规模为人民币0.61亿元。公司的建议资本承担为人民币0.3亿元，占基金的总承诺出资额的49.18%。待独立股东于股东特别大会批准相关决议案后，基金合伙协议将于股东特别大会同日订立。
公告称，在决定设立基金时，公司审慎考虑集团传统物流业务近年来的财务表现、因客户节约成本措施产生的价格压力、需求减少、行业竞争激烈及公司发展面临的重大挑战。除获取合理的投资回报外，设立基金是为了发掘及投资具强大发展潜力的项目，并通过收集项目数据及其他有关资料增强集团对项目的了解。其亦旨在监控行业趋势、加深公司对项目及整个行业的了解，及为日后潜在的收购事项奠定基础。
