亿华通：张国强连任董事长兼总经理
亿华通（688339/02402）发布公告，宣布公司于2025年6月20日完成了董事会的换届选举及高级管理人员的聘任。
公司于2025年6月20日召开了2024年年度股东大会，选举张国强、宋海英、戴东哲、宋峰为非独立董事；选举纪雪洪、陈素权、李志杰为独立非执行董事。同日，公司召开2025年第二次职工代表大会，选举张红黎为职工代表董事。董事会会议上，全体董事一致同意选举张国强担任董事长。
同时，董事会审议通过了相关议案，同意聘任张国强为总经理；戴东哲、于民及李飞强为副总经理；宋海英为副总经理兼财务负责人；康智为董事会秘书；鲍星竹为证券事务代表。
2025年一季度，亿华通实现收入1053万元，归母净利润-9301万元。
