智通财经APP获悉，中国定制尼龙长丝产品制造商佳美新材(Camerry New Material Tech)于周二向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交上市申请，计划通过首次公开募股(IPO)筹集至多600万美元资金。
该公司通过在中国的主要运营子公司福建佳亿化纤有限公司开展经营，专注于定制尼龙长丝产品的研发与制造，尤其在弹性尼龙功能纱线领域具备专业优势。
这家总部位于中国福州的企业成立于1999年，截至2025年3月31日的12个月内，实现营收1600万美元。其计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码定为CNMT。
佳美新材于2024年12月3日已秘密提交上市申请，此次发行由国泰证券(Cathay Securities)担任独家账簿管理人，目前公司尚未披露定价条款。
