专题：2025陆家嘴论坛召开，央行、金融监管总局、证监会等发布重磅政策

　　6月18日金融一线消息，2025陆家嘴论坛今日召开。新加坡金融管理局副行长梁新松表示，主要经济体政策会带来溢出影响，比如中小国家资本市场的波动，央行之间也有一些行动上的协调，这种协调会有效减少汇率上的波动。比如2022年-2023年疫情后，大家统一把货币政策放松了，大多数大的经济体都遇到了一些供给方冲击的影响，造成了价格稳定性的问题。

　　他表示：“现在我们需要合适的财政政策和货币政策相结合，进一步缩小关税政策带来的负面影响。全球贸易如果进一步分散的话，会导致各国需要加倍努力，去尽可能维护全球多边贸易体系。对像新加坡这样的中小经济体、开放经济体而言，就意味着我们需要进一步加强区域之间的联系性，也要进一步加强亚洲内部和亚洲以外地区与新加坡之间的联系。”

　　他认为，多边贸易体系在过去几十年发挥了积极作用，给全球经济带来了广泛增长，让大量人口脱贫，要维护那些好的机制。
