智通财经APP获悉，据外媒上周五晚间报道，美国总统唐纳德·特朗普敦促回声星通信(SATS.US)董事长查理·埃尔根与联邦通信委员会(FCC)主席布兰登·卡尔就该公司无线频谱执照的命运达成协议。受此消息推动，回声星通信股价周一大涨50%，上周五盘后亦因该报道大幅飙升。
报道称，特朗普上周四与埃尔根会面，并致电卡尔，后者随后前往白宫加入会谈。回声星通信暂未对置评请求作出回应。今年5月，FCC告知回声星通信，正在调查其是否遵守在美国提供5G服务的义务。
此前回声星通信一直试图避免其无线频谱执照被FCC吊销，并披露称已拖欠约5亿美元利息付款，同时提及FCC审查带来的不确定性。
瑞银分析师在上周日报告中指出，近期动态“表明回声星通信频谱被没收的可能性降低，频谱估值重新成为焦点”。
他们提到，鉴于近期频谱机会短缺，且回声星通信的频段与T-Mobile US(TMUS.US)和AT&T(T.US)等现有网络设备/部署兼容，预计无线运营商将对其频谱执照产生兴趣。不过分析师仍维持该股“中性”评级，称当前局势尚未解决。
回声星通信股价周一大涨至日内高点25.29美元，上周五收盘价为16.84美元。自FCC通知展开调查以来，截至上周五收盘，该股已累计下跌约30%。
