智通财经APP讯，元力控股(01933)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年3月31日止年度取得收入约人民币3.7亿元至3.8亿元之间，而截至2024年3月31日止年度则取得收入约人民币4.9亿元。集团预计本年度股东应占亏损约人民币3700万元至3900万元之间，而上年度则盈利约人民币835万元。
本年由盈利转为亏损是由于：(i)因市场竞争加剧，集团对新项目调整报价以获得长期客户;(ii)管理费用增加，主要是因为未来项目的前期研发工作投入有所增加;(iii)减值损失和财务成本的增加。
尽管本年度出现股东应占亏损，集团保持稳健的业务运营。董事会对集团未来财年的业绩持积极乐观态度。集团将持续注重技术产品研发及人才建设，提升技术与产品竞争力，抓住中国内地能源互联网及新基建领域的发展机遇，为股东创造更大价值。
