Magnetar Financial disclosed a new position in the supply-chain tech firm of 16,653,039 shares. Magnetar Financial purchased those shares from May 27 through June 12, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $3.19 to $3.23. Magnetar is likely making an arbitrage play, as on May 25, E2open Parent Holdings announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by WiseTech Global for $3.30 per share in cash, valuing the deal at $2.1 billion. Following the purchases, Magnetar now owns an initial 5.4% stake of E2open Parent Holdings' outstanding stock.

Globalharvest Holdings Venture raised its stake in the avocado and mango sourcer, producer, and distributor to 4,458,750 shares. Globalharvest Holdings did so through the purchase of 1,063,750 Mission Produce shares from April 17 through June 13, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $10.19 to $12.09. Following those purchases, Globalharvest Holdings owns 6.3% of Mission Produce's outstanding stock. Shares of Mission Produce have lost approximately 11.6% of their value since the beginning of this year.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store $(CBRL)$

Biglari Capital lowered its stake in the casual-dining and country-store operator to 1,042,577 shares. Bigliari Capital did so through the sale of 107,423 Cracker Barrel shares on June 9, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $58.44 to $61.40. Following the latest sales, Biglari continues to own 4.7% of Cracker Barrel's outstanding stock, placing the investment firm below the 5% threshold that requires it to report further sales. Shares of Cracker Barrel have gained approximately 7.5% since the beginning of this year.

Appian $(APPN)$

Abdiel Capital Advisors reduced its stake in the business-process management technology company to 7,746,941 shares. Abdiel Capital Advisors did so through the sale of 683,450 Appian shares from June 4 through June 10, 2025, at per share prices ranging from $31.40 to $32.72. Following the latest sales, Abdiel Capital Advisors continues to own 18% of Appian's outstanding stock. Shares of Appian have lost roughly 9.3% of their value since the beginning of this year.

BioLife Solutions $(BLFS)$

Casdin Capital lowered its stake in the biotech tools and services provider to 7,707,165 shares. Casdin Capital did so through the sale of a million BioLife Solutions shares on June 10, 2025, at a price of $23.80 per share. Following the latest sales, Casdin Capital continues to own 16.2% of BioLife Solutions' outstanding stock. Shares of BioLife Solutions have lost roughly 17.8% in value since the beginning of this year.
