雅居乐集团(3383.HK)公布，全资附属公司雅新投资同意向省食出集团出售广东珠江桥生物科技约21.16%股权，代价为1.91亿元；及广东珠江桥生物科技同意以定向减资方式回购约4.74%股权，代价为4279.17万元。 雅居乐通过雅新投资间接持有广东珠江桥生物科技约25.9%股份，广东珠江桥生物科技为雅居乐的联营公司。于出售事项及回购事项完成后，雅居乐将不会持有广东珠江桥生物科技任何股份。 雅居乐拟将出售事项的所得款项1.91亿元用作向雅居乐地产发行的“23番雅02”债券持有人兑付全部债券本息。同时，拟将回购事项的所得款项用于集团的日常经营管理。
