智通财经APP讯，天任集团(01429)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得净亏损约为9500万港元至1.05亿港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度(2024年度)则取得净亏损约为3240万港元。
集团为中国香港一间具良好声誉的模板工程分包商，拥有逾20年的经营历史，一直提供使用木材和夹板的传统模板工程服务，以及使用铝模板的系统模板工程服务。集团的毛利率预期由2024年度的约1.4%下降至2025年度的约1.0%。有关变化主要由于香港房地产市场的经济情绪低迷、新模板合同的竞争环境激烈、经验丰富工人的工资上升和未能预计的现场成本增加所致。
于2025年，中国香港的建筑行业面临诸多挑战，这主要是由经济衰退和行业特有问题共同导致的。由于房地产市场放缓，新的建筑项目减少，而激烈的市场竞争进一步压低了合约价格，导致利润率受到挤压。加上熟练工人的工资上升、意外的现场成本以及项目付款的延迟，这些因素进一步加剧了现金流压力。
此外，集团的财务表现受到因长账龄应收账款增加而增加的贸易应收款项及合约资产预期信贷亏损拨备的影响。
