Odaily星球日报讯 根据 Paybis 联合创始人 Konstantins Vasilenko 的数据，MiCA 法规生效后的 2025 年第一季度，欧盟客户的交易量环比增长了 70%。同期，美国市场的散户交易活动却呈下降趋势。Kaiko 估计，目前 Coinbase 现货交易量中只有 18%来自散户，低于 2021 年的 40%。Robinhood 的加密交易量也在 2025 年第一季度下降了 35%。 Vasilenko 表示，MiCA 于 2025 年 1 月 1 日开放许可窗口，新注入的资金规模更大、更具目的性。MiCA 框架为所有欧盟成员国引入了单一许可制度，并对稳定币实施了严格规定，要求 1:1 储备、审计和资产隔离，从而增强了投资者的信心。 相比之下，美国持续的监管不确定性阻碍了市场发展。尽管美国总统特朗普及其政府成员发表了支持加密货币的言论，但尚未出台全面的联邦加密立法。（Cointelegraph）
