Poly Property Group Co. Limited has released a presentation highlighting its recent developments and sales performance. The company introduced its debut project, Shanghai Poly Infinite Mansion, located in the Chunshen Area of Minhang District, Shanghai. This high-rise residential development, acquired in November 2024, was launched to the market in April 2025 and has achieved significant sales, with a subscription amount exceeding RMB1 billion. The Group reported contracted sales of RMB21.8 billion as of May 31, 2025, with a total contracted area of 795,000 sq. m. and an average selling price of RMB27,475 per sq. m.
