智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月24日，HOME CONTROL(01747)股东将股票由元大证券香港转入英皇证券香港，转仓市值3.83亿港元，占比74.02%。
HOME CONTROL及要约人Meta-Wisdom Tech Limited联合公布，于2025年6月24日，要约人(作为买方)与卖方(作为卖方)订立买卖协议，要约人已有条件同意购买而卖方已有条件同意出售销售股份，即3.75亿股股份，占联合公告日期已发行股份总数约74.02%。
销售股份的总代价为2.3亿港元，相当于每股销售股份约0.6133港元，但可作出以下潜在代价调整：倘于交割后卖方收到本公司支付的2024年末期股息，则卖方须向要约人支付相等于所收到2024年末期股息的款项。交易代价乃由要约人与卖方公平磋商并经考虑(其中包括)股份的过往市价及交易流通量以及本公司的上市地位而达致。
交割已于2025年6月24日落实。
