智通财经APP讯，华泰瑞银(08006)发布公告，董事会建议(其中包括)按于记录日期每持有2股股份获发3股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份0.08港元的认购价进行供股，透过向合资格股东发行最多2.21亿股供股股份，筹集所得款项总额约1770万港元(扣除开支前)(假设于记录日期或之前并无进一步发行或购回股份)。
假设获悉数认购，供股所得款项净额将最多约为1650万港元。公司拟将供股所得款项净额用作以下用途：所得款项净额约88.2%于2025年10月31日或之前用于偿还集团应付账款;及所得款项净额约11.8%于2025年12月31日或之前用作集团的一般营运资金。
