6月27日金融一线消息，招银理财官网公告称，该公司于近期召开第二届董事会第十六次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任董方先生为招银理财有限责任公司总裁的议案》，董事会同意聘任董方先生为公司总裁，至董方先生总裁任职资格获得国家金融监督管理总局核准之日前，由其代为履行总裁职责。

　　公开资料显示，董方此前为招商基金副总经理。自2001年5 月起入职招商银行后，董方已在招商银行体系内工作逾20年，期间历任招商银行总行资产管理部（招银理财前身）副总经理、总行财富管理部副总经理、总行财富平台部副总经理，是资历深厚的招行老将。2023 年8 月起任职于招商基金管理有限公司，担任招商基金党委委员、副总经理、深圳分公司和成都分公司总经理。

　　董方作为招商系金融管理人员，深度参与了招商银行资管业务体系搭建与财富管理创新，又具备公募基金行业的前沿经验，对财富管理及资产管理行业有着专业积淀和深刻洞察。

　　据招商银行年报披露，截至2024年末，招银理财管理的理财产品余额2.47万亿元。截至2024年，招银理财产品持仓客户数达3500余万户，约占市场1/4。
