智通财经APP获悉，中国工程服务提供商巨龙在线(JLHL.US)公布IPO定价条款。该公司计划以每股4美元的价格发行125 万股A类普通股，筹资约500万美元(假设承销商不行使选择权)。该公司的A类普通股已获准在纳斯达克资本市场上市，股票代码为“JLHL”，预计将于6月26日开始交易。
巨龙在线是一家总部位于中国的公司，其业务涵盖智能工程项目整体解决方案、智能化系统运营维护服务以及智能设备与材料销售，客户群体包括中国大型公共事业机构、商业地产项目及多户住宅社区运营商。
承销商可在45天内行使选择权，额外购买多达18.75万股股票。
此次发行预计将于2025年6月27日完成。
