Odaily星球日报讯 伯克希尔哈撒韦（BRK.A.N、BRK.B.N）当地时间 6 月 27 日公告称，巴菲特当天将 8,239 股 A 股转换为 12,358,500 股 B 股，以便将 12,358,321 股伯克希尔·哈撒韦 B 类股捐赠给五个基金会：其中 9,433,839 股捐赠给比尔&梅琳达·盖茨基金会；943,384 股捐赠给苏珊·汤普森·巴菲特基金会；以及分别向谢伍德基金会、霍华德·G·巴菲特基金会和诺沃基金会捐赠 660,366 股。捐赠将于 6 月 30 日到账。巴菲特目前持有伯克希尔公司 198,117 股 A 股和 1,144 股 B 股。（金十）
