路透北京6月30日 - 中国商务部副部长兼国际贸易谈判副代表凌激周一表示，当前，国际形势复杂严峻，外部环境不确定性进一步增加，中国经济运行稳中有进，新质生产力快速发展，消费品以旧换新等政策有力提振消费，为外资企业在华发展提供了更多机遇。
“中国政府一视同仁尊重和保护内外资企业的创新创造，”商务部官网刊登新闻稿引述其会晤美国康宁公司(Corning)GLW.N总裁兼首席运营官$(COO)$孟安睿、候任首席运营官孙浩楠时讲话并称。
凌激表示，中国政府将不断加大知识产权保护力度，欢迎康宁公司加大在华创新投入，带来更多创新产品和技术。
中国国家发展改革委新闻发言人李超上周称，随着存量政策加快落地见效，新的储备政策陆续出台实施，中国有信心有能力把外部冲击的不确定性和不利影响降到最低，推动经济持续健康发展。
李超在例行发布会上并指出，今年以来“以旧换新”相关商品的销售额已经超过了1.4万亿元人民币，发改委将在7月下达今年第三批以旧换新资金。（完）
