6月30日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对财信吉祥人寿保险股份有限公司及相关债项的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持财信吉祥人寿保险股份有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，维持“25财信人寿资本补充债01”信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，财信吉祥人寿保险股份有限公司系一家设立在湖南省长沙市的全国性寿险公司，截至2025年3月末，公司注册资本及实收资本均为人民币50.00亿元，其中国有股东合计持股86.78%，公司无控股股东和实际控制人，第一大股东湖南财信投资持股比例为33.00%。
评级报告认为，跟踪期内，在传统寿险业务的驱动下，公司原保费收入稳健增长，伴随价值转型工作的推进，公司保费收入结构持续优化，新业务价值率持续提升。公司不断加强保单品质管理，银保及个险渠道保单继续率保持增长。但公司保险业务对银保渠道的依赖程度较高，渠道结构仍有待优化。受国债收益率曲线下行增提保险责任准备金、投资收益率承压等因素影响，公司净利润由盈转亏。在长端利率低位震荡及权益市场波动加剧背景下，预计公司盈利继续承压。
