中国财险（02328）发布公告，2025年6月30日，公司分别与人保资产和人保资本续签了资产委托管理协议。

　　根据该等协议，人保资产和人保资本将向公司提供委托资产管理服务，公司向人保资产和人保资本支付受托管理费。此外，人保资产和人保资本可以以本公司委托资产认购人保资产、人保资本、人保股权、中诚信托或中诚资本发起及管理的投资产品，公司需向人保资产、人保资本、人保股权、中诚信托或中诚资本支付产品管理费。

　　根据该等协议，公司向人保资产、人保资本、人保股权、中诚信托和中诚资本支付的产品管理费经合并计算后的年度上限如下：
