Shenghui Cleanness Group (HKG:2521) unit Shenghui Cleanness (HK) completed the acquisition of Fullrich Property Management and Fullwill Property Management on Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The parties had first entered into an agreement regarding the acquisitions in April.
