0118 GMT - Boustead Singapore's long-term growth profile looks favorable, as its diversified businesses offer exposure to multiple secular trends, OCBC Investment Research's Ada Lim says in a research report. As climate action continues to gain traction, the Singapore-listed company's Energy Engineering division can support major energy firms via its energy-efficient offerings, the analyst says. Also, demand for its Real Estate division's expertise in constructing highly efficient, eco-sustainable, and specialized industrial buildings continues to grow. OCBC raises the stock's fair value estimate to S$1.63 from S$1.46, and maintains the buy rating. Shares are 1.4% higher at S$1.45. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
