香港股票发行市场迎来一波十亿美元级的企业融资交易浪潮。华尔街巨头高盛集团重夺香港股票发行承销排行榜桂冠，这是自2013年以来首次登顶。

　　数据显示，今年以来，主要得益于四笔大型交易，高盛在香港市场拿下了56亿美元的首次公开募股（IPO）及增发交易，较第二名的瑞银集团高出20亿美元。在2022年，高盛一度跌至该排行榜的第13位。

　　由于中国大型企业的融资激增，包括摩根士丹利在内的国际投行在香港IPO承销排行榜上力压本地竞争对手。在地缘政治和贸易紧张局势升温之际，中国企业纷纷涌入香港寻求海外资本来支持扩张，而避开纽约市场。美国经济政策走向不明，也促使投资者远离美元资产和美国市场。

　　“资本需要重新平衡，而且有大量资金流入该地区。” 高盛集团亚洲（除日本外）股票资本市场负责人James Wang在接受采访时表示，“市场正在觉醒，意识到离岸中国市场将充满机会。”

　　香港今年上半年股票发行规模达到330亿美元，高于过去三年来每一年的全年规模，但仍远低于2021年创下的1130亿美元纪录。2020至2021年间，高盛曾位列第二，仅次于摩根士丹利，而其上一次位居榜首是在2013年。
