智通财经APP讯，中国同辐(01763)发布公告，韩泳江先生(韩先生)因工作调整原因而辞任本公司执行董事、董事会董事长(董事长)、董事会战略委员会主席、董事会法治委员会(法治委员会)主席及董事会科技创新委员会(科技创新委员会)主席，自2025年7月4日起生效。韩先生辞任后将不再担任本公司任何职务。
于2025年7月4日，董事会决议建议委任肖亚飞先生(肖先生)为本公司第四届董事会执行董事，任期自股东于本公司股东会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会届满之日止。上述委任须待股东于股东会上批准，并将于股东在股东会上批准后生效。
