Grand Field Group Holdings Limited has announced changes to its Nomination Committee effective June 30, 2025. Ms. Chow Kwai Wa Charmaine, currently an executive Director, has been appointed as a member. Mr. Ma Xuemian has stepped down from the committee but remains chairman of the environmental, social, and governance committee, and a member of the remuneration committee. The Nomination Committee now consists of Mr. Liu Chaodong (Chairman), Mr. Tsui Matthew Mo Kan, and Ms. Chow Kwai Wa Charmaine.
