根据周四公布的会议纪要，欧洲央行官员在6月政策会议上指出，欧元升值可能对出口商带来潜在风险。在该次会议上，欧洲央行进行了本次周期中的第八次降息。

　　纪要显示，欧洲央行认为，贸易领域的不确定性已在影响欧元区20国的经济前景，特别对投资造成压力。

　　纪要写道：“更高的关税以及近期欧元升值应会对出口造成拖累。”

　　这一表述凸显出，尽管今年欧元累计上涨近14%在一定程度上有助于抑制通胀，但如果欧元进一步升值，可能会使通胀跌破2%的目标水平，并损害出口企业的竞争力。

　　欧洲央行副行长Luis de Guindos本周表示，欧元若升至1.20美元，将对欧洲央行构成“复杂”局面。目前欧元汇率约为1.179美元。

　　欧洲央行最新预测显示，通胀率将于2026年降至1.6%，并在2027年回到2%的目标水平，德国公共支出增加预计将推动欧元区经济回暖。

　　欧洲央行表示：“尽管能源价格和汇率预计将在一段时间内导致总体通胀低于目标水平，但从中期来看，通胀的演变将越来越受到财政政策影响。”
