比推消息，据第一财经报道，香港《稳定币条例》将于今年 8 月 1 日生效，届时香港金融管理局将开始接受牌照申请。香港稳定币牌照比较稀缺且抢手，预计发放牌照仅为个位数，但目前除已经官宣的京东、渣打、圆币等，有 40 多家企业准备提交申请，律所反馈仍有几十家意向申请目前处于咨询或准备材料阶段。申请机构基本都是中国最大的金融机构和互联网公司，而部分有意申请的小型企业则希望渺茫。
