港股异动 | 中国罕王早盘涨近8%，拟分拆黄金业务于联交所独立上市，分拆上市前或将进行融资
智通财经APP获悉，中国罕王早盘涨近8%，截至发稿，涨7.62%，报2.4港元，成交额1093.64万港元。
消息面上，中国罕王发布公告，建议将罕王黄金分拆并于联交所主板独立上市，同时采纳罕王黄金的股份期权计划。公告中提到，分拆及上市完成后，罕王黄金将不再是公司的附属公司，合资格股东将同时持有本公司和罕王黄金的股份。此外，罕王黄金计划在分拆上市前进行融资，以加快金矿项目的开发建设工作。
公告中指出，罕王黄金是重组本集团在澳大利亚拥有的黄金资产的主体，截至公告日，公司持有罕王黄金100%的股权。罕王黄金目前拥有位于澳大利亚北领地的Mt Bundy金矿项目和位于西澳州的Cygnet金矿项目，Mt Bundy项目符合JORC规范的黄金资源为301万盎司，Cygnet项目为172万盎司。公司表示，分拆后将有独立的资本平台来支持黄金业务的发展。
