智通财经APP讯，财讯传媒(00205)发布公告，于2025年6月30日(星期一)下午四时正(即配售事项截止日期)，配售事项项下1.71亿股未获认购股份已按每股0.11港元(相当于认购价)的价格成功配售。因此，配售事项项下并无净收益可供分派予不行动股东及不合资格股东。
根据供股的接纳结果及配售事项的结果，将予配发及发行之供股股份为3.68亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下提呈发售可供认购的供股股份总数的100%。
