【环球网财经综合报道】7月7日消息，摩根大通（J.P.Morgan）日前预测，到2028年稳定币规模仅将增至5000亿美元，并称万亿美元规模的预测“过于乐观”，因为几乎没有证据表明这种与美元挂钩的加密货币代币已被主流采用。

路透社报道指出，稳定币已突破其加密货币交易起源的范畴，吸引了旨在加速支付与结算的金融科技公司和银行的兴趣，同时也引起了美国立法者的关注。上月，美国参议院通过了《GENIUS法案》，分析人士称，此举或将为稳定币带来期待已久的监管明确性。

摩根大通表示，稳定币在支付领域的采用率仍然极低，仅占需求的6%，约合150亿美元。该机构估计，稳定币市场规模为2500亿美元，其大部分用途集中在加密货币交易、去中心化金融和抵押品领域。“稳定币将取代传统货币用于日常消费的想法，仍与现实相去甚远，”该机构称。（闻辉）
