四环医药(00460.HK)午盘一度涨超6.5%，报1.14港元。 消息面上，7月1日，国家医保局、国家卫生健康委联合印发《支持创新药高质量发展的若干措施》。《措施》首次明确，将在确保安全合规的前提下，探索开放全国统一医保信息平台上的疾病谱、临床用药需求等核心数据资源。同时，《措施》提出增设商业健康保险创新药品目录，重点纳入创新程度高、临床价值大、患者获益显著且超出基本医保保障范围的创新药。 平安证券发布研报指，中国创新药企正在用类似Deepseek的路径重塑全球医药创新格局，即用更低的成本、更高的效率创造相同甚至更好的创新成果。同时，部分创新药已在全球市场取得商业化突破，国产创新药已有超10亿美元收入的产品。国内药企的竞争以及政策的利好也加速了创新药行业量变到质变的积累。该行认为在创新药BD热潮持续、商业化迎来突破及支持政策持续加码的驱动下，创新药行业长期向好。(格隆汇)
