消息面上，据澎湃新闻报道，近日，百胜中国首届人工智能日活动在上海举行，现场发布了首个面向餐厅营运的智能体Q睿(Q-Smart Agent)，标志着百胜中国在“AI+餐饮”领域正式迈入人机协同的智能化时代。百胜中国首席执行官屈翠容现场宣布，将设立一亿元的“一线员工创新基金”，通过资金、技术及资源的多维赋能，将一线员工基于营运实际需求提出的创新构想转化为实际应用。
据悉，Q睿的功能已经覆盖了包含排班、盘点等管理任务和自动订补货、智能安防、生产管理、巡检等营运任务在内的20余个场景，可以为餐厅经理提供全方位辅助支持。目前，Q睿智能体已经初步通过了实验室验证，并且即将开始在部分门店上线。未来百胜中国将持续收集一线反馈，快速迭代升级，推广至更多门店。
