The state-of-the-art facility, which began operations earlier this year, specializes in the production of methyl methacrylate $(MMA)$, a crucial component in products such as paints, adhesives, medical products, and aircraft glazing. The plant, built over a span of two years, is a significant investment in the local economy, generating approximately 80 direct jobs. Union Pacific's extensive rail network will grant Roehm access to key Western markets across 23 states, as well as Mexico and Canada.
