Yida China (HKG:3639) recorded contracted sales of around 56 million yuan in June, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 4,420 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 12,610 yuan per square meter.
In the first half of 2025, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 415 million and 34,149 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 12,148 yuan per square meter.
