国泰君安国际发布研报称，力劲科技的TPI半固态镁合金成型技术是未来重要的收入来源。2020年，中国汽车工程学会发布的《节能与新能源汽车技术路线图》提出，2025年和2030年，单车镁合金用量目标分别为25公斤和45公斤。而2024年，新能源汽车的单辆车用量仅为10公斤，传统汽车仅为5公斤。在材料性能方面，镁合金更高的阻尼和更高的抗拉强度使其优于铝合金。在价格方面，自2025年起，镁铝价比已降至0.75，达到历史最低水平，使其在性价比方面具有竞争优势。
民生证券此前指出，机器人应用有望拉动镁用量大幅提升。人形机器人量产在即，该行测算电机外壳及身体部分外壳或可拉动13.7千克/台（套）镁金属用量。据悉，力劲科技推出的TPI镁合金半固态压铸技术，解决了传统工艺气孔缺陷，强度提升30%，为机器人复杂结构件量产铺路。其13000T超大型压铸设备已亮相国际展会，产业化进程加速。
