北京商报讯（记者 蔺雨葳）7月11日，针对近期有关“欧莱雅计划将香港办事处与内地业务合并，导致逾200名员工被裁”的传闻，欧莱雅中国向北京商报记者予以否认，称报道失实。

欧莱雅表示，为应对不断变化的市场环境和消费者需求，集团会持续评估并优化在全球和本土市场的组织架构，以确保其与时俱进。

粤港澳大湾区拥有8600万消费者和1.9万亿美元的GDP，覆盖包括香港在内的11个城市，其中蕴藏着巨大机遇。大湾区拥有高度一体化的市场生态系统，每年跨境人次高达1亿。

为充分应对日渐融合的区域市场生态和不断变化的消费模式，“我们正在转型并构建全新的运营模式，推动中国香港和内地组织架构间更强的协同效应和互利共赢。”欧莱雅表示，该新架构将结合两个市场的优势，汲取香港在零售领域的卓越经验和发挥内地在数字和电子商务领域的强大实力，以期能更好地服务香港和内地市场，尤其大湾区消费者。
