(能动Nengdong2025年7月16日讯)NWTN（纽顿）集团宣布与阿联酋头部国有投资机构 SEET LLC 签署重要协议，标志着双方在新能源、智能驾驶及数字技术领域的合作进入新阶段。

根据协议，SEET LLC将以1亿美元的总价认购NWTN新发行的股份。同时，SEET LLC将注入一家先进的能源管理科技公司，使其成为NWTN旗下的全资子公司。 新子公司将为NWTN既有业务提供强有力的能源基础设施支持，实现两大战略板块的深度融合。
