Aecom Launches $1 Billion Offering of Senior Notes Due 2033

Aecom (ACM) said Tuesday it has launched a private offering of $1 billion of senior unsecured notes due 2033.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds, including cash on hand, to purchase its outstanding 5.125% senior notes due 2027, and redeem any 2027 notes not purchased in a tender offer.

Separately, Aecom said it has launched a cash tender offer for about $997.3 million of the 2027 notes, which will expire at 5 pm ET on July 21.
