智通财经APP讯，福莱特玻璃(06865)公布，预计该集团于2025年上半年实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为人民币2.3亿元到2.8亿元，同比减少81.32%到84.66%。预计归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润为人民币1.95亿-2.45亿元，同比减少83.45%到86.82%。
公告称，净利润的预期减少主要由于以下因素的综合影响所致：受光伏行业产能过剩、行业竞争加剧及内卷等因素影响，本报告期内光伏玻璃销售价格较去年同期显著下降，导致公司销售收入和净利润大幅下降。部分主要原材料纯硷、石英砂的采购成本下降，以及一系列技术创新、提质增效措施的实施抵销了部分价格下降的不利影响。 公司对冷修的玻璃窑炉和部分光伏玻璃存货计提资产减值准备。
