瑞银发表研究报告指，科伦博泰-B(06990.HK) 与默沙东合作开发的靶向人滋养细胞表面抗原2(TROP2)抗体偶联药物(ADC)芦康沙妥珠单抗(sac-TMT)，预料将成为默沙东下一代肿瘤研发战略的核心资产，将sac-TMT在中国以外市场的高峰销售预测从299亿元人民币大幅上调至650亿元人民币，高于市场普遍预测的367亿元人民币。
瑞银指出，sac-TMT在中国市场销售进展顺利，2025年销售目标为8亿至10亿元人民币，当中肺癌患者使用比例已超越乳腺癌，认为该药物的潜力尚未充分反映。瑞银同时看好科伦博泰SKB410、SKB571、SKB535等其他ADC资产的长期增长空间，将其目标价从320.1元上调至452.8元，维持“买入”评级。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-07-11 16:25。)
