智通财经APP讯，顺腾国际控股(00932)发布公告，于2025年7月14日(交易时段后)，卖方亿显有限公司(公司的一间间接全资附属公司)与买方Power Innovation International Limited订立临时协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买待售股份目标公司巨成集团有限公司全部已发行股本及待售贷款，代价为2800万港元。于完成后，目标公司将不再为公司的附属公司。
公告称，经考虑香港物业市场近期的状况，董事会认为出售事项为集团变现于该物业的投资提供了良机，而出售事项所得款项将进一步优化集团的财务状况。
